LEGAL & TRUST CENTRE

Trust should never be blind.

How Rendez-Vous protects members, handles personal information, manages curated introductions and sets expectations for respectful conduct.

Operational draft: Company identity, registered address, final support contacts, verification-provider details and consumer terms must be completed and reviewed by qualified Luxembourg counsel before launch.
Trust by design

Why trust Rendez-Vous

Every applicant is reviewed before becoming eligible for an introduction. Mutual preferences, identity checks and member feedback help make dating safer and more intentional.

Verified membership

Applicants may be asked to provide a live selfie, government-issued identity document and other information reasonably required to confirm identity and eligibility.

Private by default

There is no public catalogue of profiles. A proposed match receives only the limited information needed to make an informed decision. Personal contact details remain private until the applicable flow permits disclosure.

Member control

Members may accept or pass on a proposed introduction. Reporting and support channels are available for safety, conduct and privacy concerns.

Service and conduct

Rendez-Vous facilitates curated introductions between approved members. Members must behave respectfully, protect privacy and avoid harassment, deception, solicitation, stalking, threats or non-consensual sharing of personal information.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Luxembourg law without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in a member's country of residence.
